About this product
HYCHIKA 1.2mm Replacement Nozzle Tip — For EP013 600W HVLP Paint Sprayer
This is an official replacement 1.2mm nozzle tip designed specifically for the HYCHIKA EP013 600W HVLP Auto Paint Spray Gun. The 1.2mm orifice is the finest tip in the HYCHIKA range, delivering ultra-precise atomization for thin, detail-critical finishes where other nozzle sizes leave too much material.
⚠️ Please note: This listing includes the nozzle tip only. The spray gun, paint cup, and gun head shown in product images are not included and sold separately.
When Do You Need a 1.2mm Nozzle?
The 1.2mm tip is ideal when your project demands fine, controlled atomization with minimal overspray. Consider upgrading to this tip if you're working with:
- Automotive clearcoats and candy coats that require an ultra-smooth, glass-like finish
- Lacquers and stains on wood furniture, cabinets, or musical instruments
- Waterborne basecoats with low viscosity that clog or run with larger orifices
- Detail and touch-up work where a tight fan pattern and fine droplet size matter most
- Dye-based stains or tinted sealers on trim, moulding, or decorative woodwork
How It Compares to the Standard Nozzles
| Nozzle | Best For | Typical Materials |
|---|---|---|
| 1.2mm ← This tip | Ultra-fine detail, clearcoats, lacquers | Very thin, low-viscosity materials |
| 1.5mm | Clearcoats, sealers, tinted varnish | Thin to medium viscosity |
| 1.8mm | Basecoats, single-stage paints | Medium viscosity |
| 2.2mm | Primers, epoxy, filler primer | Medium-high viscosity |
| 2.6mm | High-build primer, underbody coatings | High viscosity |
